Living well with chronic conditions workshop

What is Living Well?

The “Living Well with Chronic Conditions” class is a six week workshop that provides real-life tools for living a full, healthy life with a chronic health condition. Some of these health conditions may include; diabetes, arthritis, asthma and heart disease. The two-and-a-half hour weekly sessions are fun, interactive and are in a group format. Participants learn to improve their health one step at a time by setting goals and then breaking the goals into small steps, week by week. The workshop builds confidence around managing health, staying active and enjoying life. Read more...


Easier access is coming to our adult medical patients

PTHA to seek out additional resources

On Dec. 7, 2009 the PTHA Board of Directors decided that all PTHA patients shall be screened for the availability of third-party resources. These resources include private health insurance, Medicare, military veteran, worker’s compensation, motor vehicle, crime victim, and various programs administered by DSHS, including Medicaid.
