Staff Spotlight: Wanda LaFountaine

Wanda LaFountaine has spent the last 30 years as a dental hygienist at the Puyallup Tribal Health Authority (PTHA), and has been able to watch four generations progress.

She started as a dental assistant in 1969 and became a dental hygienist in 1979. She worked for a brief period of time at the dental clinic at the correctional facility on McNeil Island, and has been at the PTHA ever since.
